The plot is part of a preserved landscaped setting, with no buildings on its southern
its southern bangs. A park, crossed by the Jaguère stream, offers a possible visual extension of the existing garden. The existing fence is removed and replaced by a light fence to open up the view of the landscape. The entire terracing is reworked and complemented by a broad palette of plants inspired by the surrounding rural ambience. At the same time, the existing terrace was restored and covered with natural travertine stone. Given the interface with a public park, this project was subject to a prior declaration, paid for by the project manager.
