PINE

Location : Izon (33)

Surface area : 1,000 sq.m.

Owner : private

Construction : end 2024

The plot is situated on a high point overlooking the alluvial plain of the Dordogne valley. It's a mixed landscape of open fields and groves, punctuated here and there by old agricultural hamlets and groups of more recent buildings.

The house opens out 360° onto this vast landscape, with a variety of more or less interesting viewpoints. The topography is slightly marked, with the house located at the highest point of the plot. There is little or no existing vegetation, apart from a large maritime pine and 4 young fruit trees, which will be retained in the landscaping project.

The proposal is to revisit the garden as a whole, increasing the density of planting while working on the views across the plot and beyond.
